Hi, I'm Dr. Oluyemisi

I've spent my career helping women understand their bodies, optimize their hormones, and take control of their fertility, whether they're planning for pregnancy tomorrow or just want to feel their best today.

But here's what drives my work: most women aren't given the tools to understand their fertility until it's too late. They're told "you're young, don't worry," until suddenly, they're told "you should have started sooner."

I've seen this story unfold countless times in my practice. Brilliant, successful women who excelled in every other area of their lives, but were never taught the basics about their reproductive health. Women who came to me confused, frustrated, and feeling like they'd somehow failed, when really, the system had failed them.

That's why I wrote The Quest for Fertility. Because every woman deserves to understand how her body works, what her hormones are telling her, and what she can do to optimize her health at any stage of life.

Living Local DMV

I had an incredibly rewarding time speaking with Ellen and Corinna about the launch of my book as well as the excitement building around our Fertile Walk.

Group of six people walking outdoors on a paved path through a wooded area, with four women and two men, some wearing white T-shirts with a logo, one woman making a peace sign, and others smiling.

The Fertile Walk brought together patients, staff, sponsors, and community members in a powerful celebration of health, hope, and connection.

Beyond the White Coat

When I'm not in the clinic or recording podcast episodes, you'll find me exploring the beautiful trails around the DMV area with my family, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or curled up with a good book.

I believe in practicing what I preach, prioritizing whole-body health, stress management, and making time for the things that bring joy. My own wellness journey has taught me that sustainable health isn't about perfection; it's about making conscious choices that support your body and your goals.
