Highlights include

A full morning of movement, education, and community — welcoming everyone, with a special hello to firefighters, veterans, police officers, military personnel, emergency responders, and their families.

Community walk & Tai Chi

A guided community walk and movement session, plus a special Tai Chi session led by master instructor Sifu Hero And Legend.

Fertility & wellness education

Fertility and general health information, plus male reproductive health education — with screening opportunities being planned.
